4.3 Delivery Acceptance
You must be available to accept delivery at the specified address. If you are unavailable, the driver may leave the order in a safe location or return it to the restaurant, and no refund may be provided.

are the exclusive property of Sushi Hub or our licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limitation of Damages

6.3 Maximum Liability
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim, or $100 AUD, whichever is greater.

Food Allergies: While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens. Customers with food allergies must inform our staff before ordering. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or cross-contamination.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sushi Hub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Any content you submit or transmit through our Services

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
